At Maso Doss :
Our employees, Simona and Thomas will propose delicacies from the Trentino region as well as simple and genuine dishes from the Italian tradition. They will combine ingredients, that will bring you back to the genuine tastes of the past, with the art of eating well, in harmony with the style of your holiday and able to stimulate a healthy appetite
BREAKFAST, SNACKS, APERITIF, DINNER, AFTER-DINNER
BREAKFAST is rich in genuine products: tea, coffee (Americano and espresso from the “moka” machine), milk, fruit juice, corn flakes, natural and fruit yoghurt, biscuits, white and wholemeal bread, homemade cakes, cold cuts, cheese, butter, honey and jams (produced with the fruits from our “Highlands” farm).
SNACK, a small break for everyone, will be served every afternoon on the large table next to the mantelpiece.
The APERITIF, every evening, served around the fireplace and accompanied by delicious appetizers.
The DINNER, served in the typical "Stube", is the time to share with all guests of Maso enjoying meals and the rich buffet of vegetables
AFTER-DINNER served in front of the fireplace, includes coffee (espresso from the “moka”) and the possibility to taste our home-made grappas.
INFORMATION
The MENUS are prepared with care and passion by Simona offering home cooking with simple and genuine dishes, even of the local tradition
LUNCH, no possibility to have lunch at midday.
The DRINKS and the fragrant herbal and flower teas are included in the price.
In the summer season, we offer you the super-fresh, selected products from our “Highlands” farm.

At Maso Doss, we take care of the particular requirements of those affected by dietary intolerances to gluten or other ingredients.
